Jake is an awesome sales guy! He helped me figure out the best deal for me. The process was smooth and unstressful. He was able to explain things to me in a clear way that I understood. Next time I need a phone I will come to this store because of him!

The customer service has improved since I was last here 18 months ago (at the former S. Washington St. spot). Jacob, the store manager, really went above and beyond in helping me sort out about 5 different issues, including moving lines from other accounts and picking phones. Also, he ordered a phone for me, and I decided on a different phone while I was waiting for it to come in. He was pretty cheerful about the change and spent a lot of time talking through the options, and he was kind as well as knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
