I love this store!nAnd I don’t even dress super preppy all the time, but when I do I like how everything in the women’s section is feminine and prettynBut my favorite part about this store is the little presents/knickknacks that I’ve never seen anywhere else. (Maybe some I have, but I remember thinking I was getting too much last time I was there because i picked out too many of their non-clothing gifts that I had never seen before. And I’m from CT/Ivy League... that’s my unbearably “ugh, what a piece of work this girl must be”* expertise of the matter of “I’ve never seen that!”nn* I think it’s worth saying. Because I’ve been to tons of these types of stores. I would never throw that into conversation like a jerk, but it makes my review better.

I love this store and like the fact that they have a men's and women's section!nnThe clothes are comfortable and durable and I got a purse and wallet from here and just LOVE IT!nThe only thing I didn't like was a watch I got that broke in the first week but a few other stores on King St sell the same watch so they don't lose any points in my book!nnI had trouble finding my son things for Christmas but got him a nice wallet and hat and gloves that he loved!

While I think this shop is adorable with lots of cute clothes and shoes, I had an unsettling experience when I came in a few days ago. I came in to browse while I was waiting for my dinner reservations to come up across the street. An older store clerk kept following me around the whole store. I was confused at first, and then realized that she was trying to make sure that I wasn't stealing anything! I'm not sure what I did to make her believe this, but I found it quite offensive. I left quietly, and I don't think I will back.

I love this store and for quite some time have been in and out making purchases.nnHowever, I went in this past weekend and felt like I was a mouse being watched by an owl. It was so uncomfortable. My family spent money in the store despite this, however no shopper wants to feel stalked by the retail clerks. After reading other post, it’s clear this is an issue for a long time. Shopping for many is about having a great experience just as much as finding a great purchase. If you are so concerned with merchandise theft, perhaps but little alarm tags on all the items.
