Providing this follow up review after completing several projects. We have had several issues with poor inventory control with website indicating availability, but trip to store found no product. We’ve experienced excellent customer service in Georgia, but sub standard here in Alexandria. The pro desk staff would rather play on their phones than attentively focus on the customer. Business is business, still only 2 stars, and still expecting better from this location!nnSelection is reasonable but the service support particularly over the phone is dismally inadequate.

Really great prices, staff is knowledgeable and they have everything you need to start and finish a new project.nDid I mention that the process are really good if you walk around? I think they take the same time material and have it at different price points (and styles) so that you can get the most for your money.

Compared to Home Depot or Lowe’s, I’d definitely go for this place in a heartbeat. I was referred to it by a friend of mine and was truly impressed by the wide selection, quality, friendly service, and great prices. Not to mention how huge the place is. I certainly recommend if you have medium go large project. I got my hardwood floor and ceramic tiles from here. The delivery was speedy. Couldn’t be any happier.
