I rarely ever write reviews, but when I receive great customer service and witness that same rep/individual being just as helpful, if not more, with other customers - I'll always make a note.nnIf you ever visit this location or need to make an appt with this location - ask for Roberto! He's polite, knowledgeable, and possesses emotional intelligence (a quality that is amongst very few individuals who work in retail).

I am an older person, I was trying to purchase a phone and change AT&T and had the best experience!nNelly, was the best salesperson I have ever had throughout all my cell phone purchases since cell phones have been sold.nShe was so patient , always with a smile, never rushing my decisions, etc.nI believe with older people living longer and buying cell phones, she is a most valuable asset to AT&T,

The initial experience was a disaster, but solely because of Roberto our faith has been restored. He went the extra mile to keep the stores integrity. We will only deal with Roberto for our needs. Simply phenomenal!
