Ross Dress for Less

I thought all stores were created equal? Guess not. I used to live in Springfield and the Ross in that area is amazing. This location however really surprised me due to it being in a more expensive area. You would think it's surrounding area would push for this store looking it's best but I guess after all of these years, this store just has not changed at all. I remember going in this store when I was like 10 (I'm 27 now) and it has not made ANY improvements! Wow. When I rate my experience, I take many things into account. First, the lighting in this store is horrible. Such a grey atmosphere - visit the Ross location in Springfield and you will see the night and day difference completely. Improve the lighting and you will have happier coworkers and shoppers, and your store will be easier to upkeep - the more you see, the more you'll be inclined to improve it rather than keeping everything in the dark. Second, this stores inventory compared to others stores is cringy. Very little of everything - the most this store has is shoes and clothes. Please offer more of a variety. Third, the organization is this store is wild. I live close to this store and when I need a break, I go to Ross to see what's new and a lot of the shelf items are scattered about, especially the cosmetic section and kitchen goods section. I've been to several Ross stores in the area, and this one by far is the worst one, I really hope it gets a makeover.

The location itself is unique, but the inventory is slack. Found one item, nice cashier... that is ALL.
