This happened at TWO locations. The friend I was with was greeted enthusiastically and warmly and asked if he needed any help or was looking for something specific. I was completely ignored, standing right next to him. It was very clear it wasn't a greeting to us both. We were actually in there because I wanted to buy my first pair if Lululemon. Looks like I'll be doing that elsewhere.

Great customer service!!! I learned so much about different leggings. Nicole was SO helpful and I was even able to order a jacket sent my house. It also means a lot to me that Lulu gives military discounts ❤ . Forever a new fan!!!

Very happy that Lulu Lemon has come to Old Town. The staff is good and the store is clean. Parking is never really tough around these blocks and it's nice to walk around.

All of the workers were extremely rude. While checking out, my sister was clearly speaking to only me, yet the worker checking us out constantly asked “what’s the question?” In a rude tone even after we kept saying “there is no question.” All of the workers were side eyeing us and neglected to help us while we were walking around in the store. I will NEVER be coming back and I will be sure to turn my family and friends away from this Lululemon location as well.

I’ve been a customer of the King Street location since I moved here. Today was the first day I’ve been in since COVID. The store has taken a lot of care to ensure the safety of all, leading to a bit of a wait. However, the customer service is still top notch, and the sales associates show genuine care for their customers. The one I worked with even alerted me to a discount I was entitled to even though it meant more work for her. I’ve really appreciated this store and hope they thrive as we all get back to business in this new normal.
