Many thanks to Cole!! Word on the phone was 3-4 week backlog for service requests. But when Cole heard what my bike needed, he just did it right there — no appointment, no wait! In fact, he stayed after closing to get it done! Great service — will remember & be back!
I was a new customer and needed a new spoke for a back wheel on a 27 speed hybrid. My previous bike store said it would take 2 weeks. Conte's said a week and then delivered it in 3 days! The staff was friendly and fast. I will be using them again in the future.
Took bike in for a drivetrain replacement and they did a great job,very professional in communication and attention to detail. I am very impressed! Even on snow days you had someone available to answer the phone. You definitely live up to reputation!
Brought my bike in to get tuned up and repaired. The staff was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Even let me know I didn’t really need a level 2 because the bike was in better condition than I thought. Bike looked like brand new when I got it back, and rides great. I will definitely bring it back in the future.
