Chris was the best at helping with my needs. Helped me get the best deal and was very helpful with getting my phone setup. Went the extra step to make sure everything worked before I left. Couldn't ask for better support. ❤
I am not very savvy with my S7, and I inadvertently did a factory reset. Fearing I had lost everything on my phone, I called the Daleville location. I went in after work expecting the worst. Instead, I met Andrew. He showed me how to restore my phone's settings, etc. Then he pulled up my account to see if there were any promotions to upgrade. My screen has a little ding in it and he recommended a local repair facility. Once my screen is fixed I'm going straight back to those guys to upgrade my phone. Excellent service!
Chris replaced my screen and spent time trying to find me a deal on a new phone.They are nice folks and no their stuff!
