My wife and I had a great visit to the store. Within a few minutes we were sitting down and going through our needs with our salesman, Joe. He listened and asked questions to help determine the best shoes for our needs. He provided a good of information to help us select the optimal shoes. We were both very happy with the customer service and the excellent selection. We would both strongly recommend Pacers Running.
Not the same Pacers nor customer service like I’m used to. She did not tell me anything about the three brands I chose to tried on today. I asked about a new brand I did not recognize, she gave me the name and no other information regarding the shoes. It’s so disappointing when I used to get excellent customer service from previous personnel by telling me the difference in each brand, checking my gait and made recommendations. I will not be going back to this particular store anytime soon.
The shoes are great. I have been buying my running shoes here since 2004. I have never had sore feet after running my 43 marathons. I would recommend getting your shoes at Pacers. The customer service is great and they know what they are doing.
The staff are wonderful to work with, highly knowledgeable and the selection is great! I've purchased three pair of shoes, had to exchange one pair after about two weeks of wearing them in and they accepted and we're incredibly helpful in picking my new pair, which helped tremendously!
