Great Customer Service! I'm not sure what happened to the person I saw on here that had so much trouble, but my shipping issue was resolved very quickly and I received a full refund for a product that was not what I expected it to be with free return shipping. I will be doing business with Forza again in the future and I would recommend them to any sports enthusiast.

I bought a title double end bag for very cheap (cheaper then title themselves), the item came before the estimated delivery time, and the customer service lady was great. After i received the bag, i realized that it didn't come with any metal s-hooks, so i called Forza about it and they said that the s-hooks arent included with the item but they sent me them for free anyways plus an extra bungee cord, free shipping as well. one of the most legitimate companies I've bought from

I also had a long battle with Forza due to their incompetence. I ordered something online and they got the order wrong. In fact they sent me something worth less that what I originally paid. I can't believe these people are creating 3 fake accounts to try to hide the truth. giving themselves 5 stars pathetic. They obviously thing lying on the internet is easier that just doing the right thing and treating people with a little more respect. don't believe their lies check out their BBB rating and that will reveal their true nature. If they screw you over don't say you weren't warned.

I recently bought Harbinger HumanX X3 3/4 Finger Competition Gloves from this company. Unfortunately after one use in the gym the gloves started to deteriorate and I was left with blisters on my hand. I cannot recommend these gloves at all for weight lifting. I contacted the company with this problem but they said that as I had used the gloves they could not accept a return. I was a little disappointed as there was no way for me to know the gloves were inadaquate for the purpose that was advertised until I had used them. Furthermore I was not even offered any kind of discount compensation or even a voucher. I dont think I will purchase again from this company which is a shame as I have previously bought another pair of gloves from them. I think there after sales service is not as good as it could be. I would strongly suggest that if you purchase from them that you are sure of the product you are getting because if you are in my situation you are basically throwing your money away. I think I was fair in my rating but I think if you can purchase an item elsewhere you should.

Forza doesn’t know the first thing about customer service. Where did these clowns go to school, they obviously missed customer service 101. My Item never came and they straight up refused to do anything, not even reship a 15$ hand exerciser. I found their shitty company through Walmart’s market place. Even though Walmart was not financially responsible for this situation they cleaned up Forza’s mess by just simply refunding me my money after a month of back and forth with these clowns. You guys just never learn. Walmart deserves a pat on the back while you guys deserve wag of the finger. In the end Forza you guys made yourselves look like straight donkeys, and I would never shop with your company or recommend it to anyone.
