Jerry is really full of himself and condescending , bordering rude. I will never go back.
I had a problem with my reading glasses, I lost a screw from the hinge of one of the temples. I was passing by Worcesterm staying only for one night and my hotel was near the MCPHS. They fixed the problem, provided and placed a new spare screw, with no charge.
After a horrible experience at there, I won't be going back.
