Never had a bad experience here. Easy in and out. The owner is friendly and helpful. Small/annoying parking lot but otherwise a good spot to ship something quick without waiting in the massive line at the downtown Worcester post office.

Special thanks to Andre and Jamie for stepping up and providing a level of service that I am personally not used to.
