Took my mountain bike to get serviced had been storage for 2 years I let them know that after a week of them working on it I get back in the gears don't even want to change They told me you cannot change gears while pedalling or under Load on a mountain bike that's why it jumps and skips.Also when I got there to pick up my bike it was flat and wanted to put a new tube in it for me when they charged me to put sealant in it because there tubeless tires. I don't know what kind of people they have working there now always had great experiences there till today.

I had a great experience at Outdoor Adventures recently. I needed a new helmet and Jay was most helpful and friendly helping me select one. I REALLY appreciate how they are taking Covid safety practices seriously-I felt they were doing their very best to keep them and me safe. I will definitely shop here again for all of my bike related needs.

Such a great experience. I found the bike we wanted on the website, and called the store to see if we could stop by and try it out and make sure we got the right size. We left with a new bike ready to roll!
