Every month they seem to make 100.00 off me with overdrafts for 13.00 and I don't even no why I get it taking out.i dident ok amazon to take 13.00 3 times a month I've called and called.and still it happens.im getting ready to change banks
Not helpful they don't care about you. No appropriate answers giving, cane for a card replacement and i needed a temp card. And they said is going to take too long, I said how long ??she said i don't know, can't you give an estimate time, we are here just 2 ppl waiting and for the same reason,nUpdate just came a nice gentleman to help .so I charge the rating
The worse costumer service I have ever been. I met an associate banker (Etieva) for the notary and she was not helpful. Very disappointed!
One of the Worst locations I have ever been too. Forced to use location for business banking but at this point really considering driving an extra 15 minutes to avoid the rude Managers and staff.nn1.. ATM is never working, hardly ever more then one teller at a time and the Managers would just stare at you without offering to assist you or helping out the tellers to expedite the line. For such a centralized location it operates as if there are under staffed and without any management experience.
