Nice store with unbelievable prices. People that work there are very helpful.
They are across the street from the plaza now.nnGreat people! Great service! The owner's a good dude!nnI bought a pod and battery setup there in like May 2020. It stopped working. Which I'm sure is 100% my fault. I've dropped it so many times. Fallen out of my pocket.nI didnt go there to get it replaced or to get a new one. I went there for new tanks to my older battery setup that can handle me.nnLong story short the owner of the shop replaced my Vaperesso battery I bought from him in May, free of charge. I tried to give him money he wouldn't take it. I told him it had to have been my fault that it stopped working. He still insisted I take the new one. He didnt make the battery, it was way over 30 days or even 90. He did not need to give me a new one. Giving away free things doesn't make a great business or top shelf service. It's the way you present those things that does!
Shop is clean and well stocked. Wide variety of products. Ample parking. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Went in for suggestions on a new vape. Sold me one for 65. Went home and found it online for 24...complete rip off. I understand they need to make money so I expected a slight price increase but that is crazy to me.
Best shop hands down. Extremely kind and welcoming. Honest and fair prices.
