If I could give this company 0 Stars I would. While stopped at an intersection, a driver from this company exited his truck, approached ours and starting screaming profanities at us, trying to intimidate us. Extremely unprofessional, I would be extremely embarrassed and concerned to have an employee like this.

I placed an order in September to be delivered in late October. The website said they deliver to my town with no restrictions. I paid the delivery charge for this town. I get a call saying Pellets Direct can not a deliver my pellets it is to late in the year for them to drive to my town to deliver the pellets. Then i should have received a call the first week of waiting so i could have shopped for a different company or change your website to reflect the correct towns you deliver to. The final option for them would be to just deliver my pellets as agreed! very poorly run!

Great service! I called with a few questions before placing my order online. I was even told to make sure to use the coupon code to save on shipping. I placed the order a few days later at about 10am. They delivered it around 1pm the same day....crazy fast. I wouldn't expect this every time but that's great service.
