I went in today to get a new debit card and Rachel(the teller) told me that they had no appointments for the day and to order one online. Not only is this terrible customer service but it’s absurd you can’t get a new card same Day. When I told her I needed my debit card she told me that she usually doesn’t even use her debit card. Went into unibank next door and they were extremely helpful and are currently setting up my new account. Stay local.
Mary and Nadiah are really helpful and personable. They bend over backwards to help with whatever you need and are always a smiling face when you enter. They add a really nice, personal touch to the banking experience.
Very nice people. But bad banking experience. Not only do i get charged to use my own bank. I deposited my pay check on friday thinking it would be clear by monday... Nope , it took until Tuesday to clear. I called the bank to tell them i needed to pay a bill or a late fee would occur and they had no sympathy.
Always a problem cashing large checks from their clients. They don't have the money , someone is on break. It's an 8 dollar charge to cash their clients checks. Fee for breathing their air.
