I received prompt response and the issue is now resolved. Thank you Ariana.nnVery Disappointed!nnI am very disappointed with the bank service. I have called the bank head office and the local branch multiple times to resolve an online bill payment date issue but I am still awaiting a call several weeks later. We have had a mortgage with the bank since 2016, which has been on Autopay for the longest time but they recently started charging us 'late fees' for the same Autopay payments. I called the main office to resolve the issue and I was blamed for the error. After a few tries I then called Holden bank to speak with the Manager, Joe who was a nice personnbut the case is still not resolved more than two months later.
The feel of a hometown bank, with all of the services we need for home and business. Bay State goes to bat for us to get what we need including savings and checking, mortgages, business lines of credit, help with the PPP loan and more. Highly recommended.
They are good on helping people out
