City Power Equipment repaired my snow thrower and did a great job. They were friendly and worked around my schedule to do pickup and delivery (for a reasonable fee) in the evening which was very helpful since I don't have a vehicle large enough to haul the thing myself. I will be doing business with them in the future when the need arises.
I have nothing but good words to say about City Power. The quality of their repair work is excellent, and at a fair price. Even though I might see them just once a year, they always recognize me by my first name. They're readily available to answer questions and offer advice when asked. This is the place to go in Southern Worcester County to purchase new equipment, or to have your winter & summer toys ready to work for you.
Local business run by longtime area resident. Excellent selection, service and advice. Refreshing to know there are still some honest local businesses to deal with where a customer is treated well and not simply considered a number.
Quick service. Needed shear pins for my snow blower and they quickly identified what ones I needed and had them in stock.
