I highly recommend AWQS. We had the worst water that is loaded with Iron and has a rotten egg smell and had been dealing with it since we moved in. Bill came on site tested the water and furnished our house with a new, custom conditioning system based on our water. He also took the time to explain how it works and answered all our questions thoroughly. Honestly, the water could not be any better--it is crystal clear and is night and day from what we had when we moved in, we could not be any happier. We went from the worst water to the best water instantaneously. The installation crew could not have been nicer and went through the whole system to show us how to change filters and answer our questions. I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience warranted one, you won't be disappointed. Thanks again Bill, Kelvin, and Sean.

Did not solve my PH problem. Their injection pump too small. Had toby my own injection pump to fix problem. They sell soda ash (50 lbs bags) for $75 that you can buy at Worcester Chemical for $27. They're RIP off at 130% profit.

Great company, customer service, and timeliness. They came when they said they were going to, had a clean install, and have been great to work with even after the install. We had a question about bleaching the system, and Bill took the time to write a detailed description step by step so we were able to do it. (They showed us at the install but there were a few to many steps I guess for us to feel comfortable replicating)nnWould highly recommend. Thanks again guys.

Fantastic work - thank you! Our well pump stopped working completely on the Friday night before a long weekend. We'd never had well issues before so after a quick Google search, called AWQS that night and told them about our problem.nnA man (I think his name was Jeff) came out before lunchtime the next day. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and told us what he was doing while he took our well apart. He also brought his dog in the truck with him - the sweetest, handsomest old boy I've ever met.nnJeff diagnosed the problem as a faulty pump, installed a new one (which was really cool to watch and learn from him about), and had our water back on before he left. He even gave us recommendations for how to replace our pressure tank when the time comes. It was absolutely fantastic service, at a fair price, and on a weekend to boot. If there is ever another problem with our well, we will absolutely call him again.
