Staff every pleasant. Large selection (tropical & community), prices at market.nnI have a very large tank (125 gallon) that is well filtered, seasoned (5 years) and water is great (by testing). However I run about 50% mortality in 1-2 days on fish. Some of my fish in the tank are 7 years old. Not sure why mortality is so high.

We love Petco. It is were we adopted our pet turtle 3 years ago. They always have what we need for her care. Also, they match competitors prices without question. You just can't beat their customer service. If I buy online, its here in 2 days. But I love that they have most everything we need in the store.

We literally drive from Lexington for their selection of cat foods. Their supplies for exotic pets are reasonably priced compared to what we get closer to the city. The employees are efficient and helpful. We were buying a tank and sand for my new crabs!

Oh I wish I could remember the girl's name who waited on me but she was wonderful. I have a dog that eats her food really quickly and can have a bone chewed up in just a few minutes so she suggested some things and I am soooooooo thrilled. She was so kind, caring and helpful. It was wonderful and the store is always so clean and neat. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!
