I have always had great/ helpful service at this location... Until yesterday. I came to see about a pair of my husbands Keens that were purchased 3 months ago. The straps completely came out of the soles-possibly Defected? Instructed by store manager to come by so they could take a look. Twice sales associate Cassie attempted to assist me and failed. She is passive aggressive, not helpful and very defensive. I am more upset about the service than the Keens. Unacceptable.

We had a great experience down at the the store today. Kulia was very helpful finding my wife the perfect shoes to walk around the island. If you need shoes, I definitely recommend this location!

I had purchased a pair of shoes in Scottsdale3 days prior and wore them on the flight here. My feet were dying... a hair too short for my size 13 1/2 feet! No issues with this store. They looked up my purchase, gave full credit toward something that does fit! And it fits well!!! Perfect service. Thank you! And my feet thank you!
