I couldn’t say enough to express how much this clinic cares for its patients. We had to visit after a bicycle accident at the very end of the day. They took us in and took complete, thorough care of us. If you need help, go here. You will be cared for by professionals. 5 stars plus.

I had a great experience! They were attentive and professional.nI got a deep cut from surfing and needed stitches. I was initially a bit worried about going to an Urgent care during COVID, but this place made me feel safe. I checked in at the parking lot, got a number to wait in the car, and then they took me to a tent for a COVID test. Once they confirmed that the result was negative, they took me inside for treatment. The doctor was patient, professional and stitched me up quickly. I felt no pain at all!

I did not had a great experience in the Urgent Care. I went there some some urgent medical condition. After 1 hr doctor visited me and asked to do some Xrays and Blood work. They have nothing onsite. Results came 2 days after and today nurse called me that tests are normal so we dont know why are you experiencing this medical issue. Doctor cannot speak to me (as he is gone for next 4 days) and I am stuck after paying them, and wasting time in tests. No diagnosis and no relief in my condition. Very bad experience.

Made my first visit around a Covid testing rush. Of which they are handling with superb care and professionalism!!!nnAs far as medical care, the Doctors, Nurses and staff are superb, knowledgeable and professional! Very caring people!nnSeems to be a very well run clinic and as good as any medical office I’ve seen. Ample parking and well located.

Seemed like it would have been nice but we showed up for a simple PPD test so our daughter could start school the following week (just moved here, no clinics taking new patients when we arrived and with the Holiday) and got there at 8:33pm and even though they closed at 9pm and no one else was in front of us and the policy is that the last registered patient is at 8:45pm they said, “Sorry - we saw a lot of people today and reserve the right to close early.” What? For a simple PPD placement? Website should say “business hours dependent on mood.” Someone else there just before us that was turned away told us he called ahead even and said he wanted a COVID test because he was getting on a plane Monday and felt off and wanted to make sure he didn’t have COVID and they told him they were closed even though he was there 30min before closing. We had planned our entire day based on their office hours posted. We called ahead twice and left messages and no one called us back. Now our kid will have to miss the first day of school which is already a stressful transition for her. I get being tired. But...a PPD placement? It’s not like we arrived complaining of chest pain 10 minutes before closing. Normally I wouldn’t write a review about this but it’s been stressful trying to get settled and this just did not help, and with no one answering calls or returning our calls after we’ve left messages yesterday and today, I’m hoping someone will actually see this and it can lead tonpositive changes.
