Kaiser Permanente Hilo Clinic

I showed up for my Moderna vaccination and was kindly welcomed to the process. I feel I have started to do my part for all citizens’ safety. Thank you Kaiser Permanente at the Hilo Clinic for making me feel at ease.

Extremely great services at this location. Most other Kaiser locations receive a bad wrap but here everything was great even in this un-nerving covid world we are now living in. I had to go because of swimmers ear and didn’t even want to go 6 feet near a hospital now but after calling the advice nurse she said she thinks it’s a good idea to set up appointment. Doctor Charles, Jay H was exceptional as well as his nursing staff who were above and beyond in kindness and aloha. Facility was super clean and they took every one’s temp to ensure safety for everyone. They prescribed me ear antibiotics and a follow up. Pain and throbbing in ear is starting to go down I just have to stay out the water and slow down on my navy seal snorkeling kick I was going through lol... for a while that is.

No complaints about this place. Didn't have to wait too long. My appointment were right on time as scheduled. Got thru the clinic visits pretty quickly. They were very polite to us. My kids are usually afraid of hospital visit and the staff made them feel comfortable.

I've been going here since I was a young child. A very friendly atmosphere, helpful staff, and overall the doctors are caring and personable. I've come here for same-day urgent care as well as scheduled appointments, and I've always been given the proper attention and care that I felt I needed.

Great healthcare, they’re very sympathetic and patient with you which is nice when you’re feeling extremely ill. My husband was very sick and I didn’t want to take him to the hectic atmosphere of an ER, I called Kaiser and they asked me some prelim questions and were able to see us almost right away. It was so amazing and we got in front of a doctor very quickly. Their facilities are new and clean, I would recommend them to anyone.
