Pancho And Lefty’s Cantina & Restaurante

Possibly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. When we arrived, the hostess seemed weirdly rude but whatever. Ordered our food and drinks right away and the drinks arrived quickly. The tamarindo margarita was delicious and the only plus. After that, our server disappeared and was nowhere to be seen till we hailed down one of the other servers. Food took over an hour to come. My veggie fajitas were literally onions and bell peppers. To the server’s credit, he took it off our check. Overall, I can overlook food quality and even the wait time but there was zero service and no acknowledgement of the frankly ridiculous wait. I hope for their sake that this was a one off experience.

We have been in Kona for three weeks and honestly we had one of our best dinners last evening. So so grateful we came to Pancho and Lefty!!!! Loved the outdoor dining, every request we had was met and the food was exceptional. The wait staff is extremely professional and friendly. We have another week here and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this restaurant

Service was very good and food was delicious atmosphere qas positive and friendly we went to celebrate our anniversary and we love to support our local businesses and we always tip our servers well because we have family so we feel they work hard for the tip. What i didn't like is that i was already charged a 20percent gratuities it completely shocked me i normally tip 20or 25percent but i would like it to be at my discretion not theirs. That was my only thought.nnLiterally not called for and no we did not have a party of 6 or more how rude it was only 4 of us ud83dude24 completely rude and uncalled for

Absolutely a great place to go! Esmeralda was awesome! Hot Kisses were amazing! Don't hesitate if you are hungry for mexican food! We had a blast! Margarita's were outstanding!

Their new location is a big improvement over their former space. A fun atmosphere and nice bar area. The food is good and the service is great and their drinks are delish. They make a great skinny margarita.
