Stopped in for dinner around 7:30pm when we had just got in from our flight. Our server (Tanya) was dismissive and blunt and probably spoke a total of 9 words to us the whole evening. Between getting our food and her bringing the check, she never came by so I couldn’t ask her for condiments for the meal. It was slow but I know there could have been more going on. Overall the service doesn’t match up with how nice the resort is and I’m disappointed that this was our first experience there. We didn’t go back!
Terrible Service. We were waiting for 5 minutes before a server even took our order, he checked our ID then a different server came over and asked to ‘verify’ our age by asking us our birth year, very rude. By the end my husband had to get up to go to the bar and get water because our waitress never came back to check on us and then she HANDED him the water at the bar and didn’t even bother taking it to our table.
This place is a joke! Here on super bowl Sunday and had the displeasure of having Lacy as our server. She was so rude as she complained to me about her shift till 5pm and being the only waitress serving the floor. She complained when part of our group left the table to browse the shops saying they needed to pay before leaving. I told her they will be back and were not done having drinks etc....she rolled her eyes at me. When we asked for the tv to be turned up she complained it was loud enough. We still couldn't hear it! No water refills... We will not be coming back! This place lacks the Hawaiian spirit of aloha! A sad reality for this kama'aina!
