30 minutes to deposit in the business teller line when there was only one person in line in front of me. I have never seen money counted so slowly in my life. Use the machine if you count slowly, thats what the business line is for.

So slow! Everything is slow. Cashing checks is slow, transferring money slow, phones slow, terrible bank.

What happened? The staff here used to be so nice and friendly. Went in today to take care of something since I’ve been out of state for a couple of years and no one had a smile, no polite greeting from staff and no goodbye or have a nice day or mahalo just “ you’re done”

Terrible phone service. Need more staff to answer phones. Waited 40 minutes!

The time on hold is very long and after I got to speak to someone for less than a minute I got put on hold again for total of 83 minutes waiting time enough time to open a new bank account and I did Bank of Hawaii it took less than one hour.nAloha ud83cudf08
