Hands down, this is probably one of the best auto loan financing I've ever experienced.nTiare went above & beyond to assist me with my application. She was helpful, honest & understanding with me- even when it took over 3 days to negotiate a deal on my application.nAnd their rates were decent & fair, unlike traditional banks with their ridiculously high rates!nI also opened a checking account with them & will be using more of their banking services.nI found out that they are the first credit union to open on the Big Island. Way to support the community.nMy experience with Tiare & the BIFCU ohana is definitely a true definition of Aloha. I cannot thank them enough.nI highly recommend them to any & all looking to do auto financing, or any banking needs, in general.

Great service and not busy most of the time. Definitely a place where you can feel the spirit of Aloha when you get in because the workers are so friendly. Decent parking area with two way in and out.
