Horrible customer service. I have a huge amount of money in this bank and I will be taking it out. Put on hold for over an hour and never talked to an agent or call back. It's horrible.

POOOR customer service. Impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. second time today 50min+ waiting and no answer. Hope they can make it easy specially with the COVID19.

Great Service Everytime.

No Aloha here. Poor Customer service from manager, went into this location to discuss a overdraft charge, though my online profile showed I had money in my account and provided a print out from their website. When I asked them to reverse the charge they judged me for my spending habits and said their BOH online account activity was incorrect. If you ask me I think we were profiled for profit. I suggest to everyone I know and don't know to keep you money in a credit union.

I am unable to go physically to a local branch. Today is the 2nd day waiting 50+ minutes on the phone to get a question answered and 10 minutes after a transfer:(. Can you offer a callback service?
