I usually go to get fish to add to our outdoor pond. The staff are always friendly and I always find it AMAZING how they can get the exact fish I am pointing at with what looks like such ease. My favorite pet store for sure even though you might have to TRY to find some help sometimes. The Pandemic makes a big difference these days and I understand...so should you. :)
Very friendly staff helped as soon as I asked and understood when we didn't have our fish tank already set up and she had to put the fish back in the tank. Gave great advice in a way my kids understood without talking down to them. Going back when our tank is ready for fish ud83dude01
My kids love looking at all the animals and fish here! The staff is always helpful and usually don't mind answering their thousands of questions. ud83dude43 Bathrooms are closed, but they showed me to take my 3 year old daughter so she didn't have an accident, which was very appreciated!
Very disappointed in Service. I have came into the store once a week, no specific day. Usually when my pet runs out of feeders.nEverytime I've gone in I have had to wait a half hour to an hour to be helped. Unsure why because I see workers everywhere and no one in store customer wise, and am told someone will be with me in a minute and nothing.nThis is ridiculous.nI have kids I have to get home to and I can't be late. So I called today 45min before I'd arrive to the store and asked if I could prepay an order or have order ready and come in and pay (for my feeders) and was so rudely told no. That's it.nI could only imagine how you all truly treat the pets if you treat customers this way. You lost my business.
The staff was friendly and well informed, all of my questions were answered promptly with no hesitation, we even ended up buying a new pet. Overall it was a wonderful experience, thank you ud83dude0a
