I love it here. Every single person I encountered was so helpful, kind and respectful. It is the best experience I have had in a long time. The people here truly want to help you and don’t have some hidden agenda for pushing specific types of birth control. It was so refreshing. Thank you!!!

If you are pregnant go to Carenet in Federal way, they will help you. Don't come here.

I’ve been here 3 times and every visit was very comfortable and quick! They were helpful with every question I had. Today I got my IUD and Dr Lauren was veryyyyy patient and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Thank you so much! I definitely recommend this place! It seems a lot of the negative reviews are about a certain receptionist, and so is my review. I was there only for information regarding going forth with my pregnancy, but I can’t imagine how this lady makes people feel when they come in for more sensitive situations. She made me feel absolutely stupid and like I was inconveniencing her. I wish I got her name! 2 stars for another lady who wasn’t even assisting me but was much, much nicer.
