Always a pleasant visit and never too busy. Pretty good customer service and everyone is pretty friendly. I guess my only complaint is sometimes it can be hard to get help after I've been perusing a bit. I always get asked if I need help right as I walk in but sometime it's hard to find assistance later.
I don't usually shop at this location, but it was on my route. The store is bright and organized, and seems to be a popular stop. I was able to get something that worked, but would have been more pleased if I'd found a swamp type basking lamp for our aquatic turtle, rather than an arid climate one. NBD, my setup is low-splash, so shouldn't pose a danger.
