Petco

The store was clean and well organized. No real help from anyone on the sales floor, but the girl that rang up my purchases was very genuine and sweet. Made me feel much better about shopping there!

I was looking for something specific, and this was a third pet store I went to that day to find it. I did find it but the price was more than double other stores that had been sold out of it. All of the prices there are so high. I don't plan on shopping at Petco again. And I didn't buy the thing I went there to buy because of the price.nnThe customer service was fantastic though in the associates are very kind.

The grooming staff all show compassion and love to my 3 unruly pugs whenever they come in for their regular nail trim. The pugs HATE their toes being touched at all, but the staff at Petco always does a great job getting them under control and doing a great job in a timely manner.

I’ve been here several times over the past two weeks to pick up aquatic supplies and check out their fish selection. Each time I came in they have increased the number of fish tanks “under observation” and lots of dead fish. I’m starting to think “under observation” is a death sentence to these fish as they are living with dead fish/waste.nnI also ordered a check valve online to pick up. I got an email several hours later saying they canceled my order due to it not being in stock... I went to the store that same day to double check as I needed it ASAP and I found that item in the correct location. It’s like they didn’t even take the time to look.
