Petco

Had the pleasure of being greeted by two friendly and upbeat employees outside the entrance this morning! They immediately helped me with a return, and directed me to Jodi. The return process was quick and easy, and so was getting some more puppy food. Was able to save money on the food because my family are Petco members! Thank you, cheerful and helpful employees at the Center Street Salem, OR Petco!!!

The people that work there are nice. Even when they are busy they are on top of helping the customer. Good prices on feeder fish

Clean and nice people. Poor selection for feline products. Went in looking for dental chews for cats and cat nip. Couldn't find cat nip, found some chews to try. Not impressed.

This place is always a treat to visit although my one year old was so excited to see other dogs and wanted to play, she had to be taken outside. Petco has the selection and variety I was looking for, the price is a little much for my budget but I going to have to figure it out. Thank you Petco employees for your patience and kindness, it goes a long ways.

The customer service is great. However I would strongly encourage you to do your own research before buying fish. In my experience some of the people giving out fish advice are way off base.
