Great care for the most part. Billing however leaves less to be desired. After a one day stay in the Emergency Dept, I received 4 or 5 different bills from 2 different SCL bills, Radiology, and Sound Physicians. I try to set up a payment plan with them and I end up getting sent to collections even though I have made payments on the bills. They really need to stream line the billing and make it more feasible for patients to pay the bill.
