I just moved here from Mesa where if you have a problem with 1 store there's 50 more right down the street. Now in CG we've got 1 close store and have to travel for the rest. I expect that store to be ULTRA busy. I dont mind that at all. Pick up went great the second day we moved here. After that in store shopping went terrible. This is the 3rd time I've come home with SUPER expired products. And 1 time I caught it in store and actually handed the meat back over to the person because it was so gross . I get it. ULTRA busy. But I just purchased 5 month old expired milk and didn't think twice about looking at the date on some milk boxes with straws and gave them to my kiddos like I normally would from any store and it was ROTTEN. Disgusting. At this point its becoming unacceptable MUST do better!

Fry,s has installed a mechanism where they can immobilize your shopping cart as you exit. It’s inconvenient, and potentially hazardous if you’re pushing a heavy cart. There was no obvious reason why my cart should have been immobilized, so what parameters did they set? I am totally against this set up.nnAddendum: Fry’s doesn’t listen to their customers. It happened again today. My cart just froze, and it took a while before someone came out to free it. I’ve shopped here for over a decade, but I’m done with this store.

I was skeptical about the whole order online & pick up. But I'm by far impressed with how well everything went!nThis was my 1st time of online pick up and i was overjoyed. Not only everything was ready right at 11 on Sunday but they got all of my groceries correct!nEverything was bagged neatly and the guy (he had a hat on and a green vest) was super kind and helpful! He did an amazing and was professional! Give this man a raise!nCan't wait to do more online shopping!

The meat department was unattended Richard finally came 20 minutes after being paged. He was not friendly and seemed to be put out that he had to help me with a special request.

I find the stores customer service to be less than adequate I realize that everybody’s going through times with the pandemic they’re also one store that doesn’t seem to do anything on wiping carts down anymore they bring them up and push in the area and you can do what you want at ,Safeway down the road they still have people standing and wiping carts down and not seeing that here. It doesn’t really matter to me what your beliefs are because for the most part there is a pandemic going on and you are a service to our community if not for us the customers you would be out of business!
