Searching for a harness for my pup and was assisted by Sara(h), who was one of the most helpful and patient(!) employees I've ever encountered. She went above and beyond in taking the time to try on and adjust several different types of harnesses on my pup until I was satisfied with the fit. She even checked to see if I needed additional help before leaving for the evening. I can't thank Sara(h) enough for providing such excellent customer service!

Have not been in this store. Ordered online and did curbside pickup. It was smooth. I received 35% off my order for ordering online. Got an email in half hour that it was ready. Got to the store parked and called them. They came out right away and loaded my vehicle. Very polite. Pleasant and happy to have customers. This I LOVE

We just moved here and our Fur baby needed the whole works done. Bath, haircut, nails cut and teeth brushed. Everyone was very friendly and kind and gentle with her even when she was scared when we first dropped her off. But she came out looking so Beautiful and she was so happy! We just really appreciate the wonderful work the ladies did today for our Bonnie. And we will definitely be back again. Thank you!!!

I ordered online. Drove to the store. My pick-up email stated it was ready before I got to the store. I called in, got a person right away. They came out to my vehicle quickly with my big, bulky purchase. Loaded into my vehicle. Checked my ID for security. It was overall a great experience. Except one item was out of stock. Which is fine. I am just hoping the refund comes back to me. The staff were very nice and helpful with loading my purchase

The Peoria store was nice but I went to the McDowell road store and they were extremely rude. I went to buy 4 fish and was lectured on fish care then to that I was being refused the sale because my home is not proper for 4 fish in my tank. Utterly ridiculous Sabrina definitely should not be any kind of shift manager. Never will I shop at any Petco again, I spent 300$ in 2 days at Petco and that is the last time ever. Good luck staying in business after pushing all your customers away.
