We visited for lunch on Thursday, March 25, 2021. Service was timely and waitress was good. Our food left us vowing not to return again. My Alice’s Chicken was saltier than necessary. Baked sweet potato was good. My husband ordered the Outback burger, cooked medium. It arrived almost burnt, thin Patty with zero juiciness left in it and so salty that he tried to scrape the top off. It was as if someone forgot it on the grill and salted it more than two or three times. His fries were so salty that he couldn’t eat more than two of them. A waste of $12 for his meal. We won’t be back.

When we first came in, we sat for almost 15 minutes before we got greeted and asked what we wanted to drink.nBlooming Onion was definitely over cooked. It was a dark brown color and almost blackened on the bottom.nOrdered a medium well steak, got a medium that was much closer to medium rare than medium well..nBig, chewy blob of fat right in the middle of my sirloin steak... steak was pretty chewy overall.nStaff we interacted with all gave us the same impression - that they could care less if we were there, or they were there. Not a one even slightly bubbly or happy sounding.nI dont like writing bad reviews, but I wouldn't suggest this place. The quality is just not worth the price... and the pace of 2 hours for a meal was too slow.. slow getting drinks, slow getting bread, slow getting food, slow getting refills.nAnd having the smokers sitting right outside the front doors, takes away any good memories of the food you might have just had.nA positive was that even the dimly lit bathroom was clean... even though there was only a tiny bit of soap in the 1 of 2 dispensers.

It may not be the best but it is always consistent. Staff friendly and clean restrooms.

The outback was clean and was professional. The customer service was great the food however was mediocre. The seasonal veggies should just say ud83eudd66 the steak u might as well ask for rare. I received a med rare that was well done almost burnt. However they took care of us by giving us a new steak unfortunately it was the same . So, they gave us lobster that was better than the steak. So just for the great customer service I gave them a 4.
