Carousel Arcade Bar

Really fun idea for a bar. The bar is arcade themed with cool arcade games throughout the bar and awesome wall art. I love that the bar is named carousel because they actually have a carousel in the middle of the bar as bar decoration. They have fun drinks like giant milkshakes topped with a slice of cake and cocktails with cotton candy on top. I would definitely recommend this bar for a fun date night place to go or just hang out with friends to have a good time!

My wife and I went last night to this new venue. It was truly amazing. Being that it’s a newly opened bar/restaurant I would not have expected it to be so dialed in yet. The service was 5 star and the food was even better. We got an orange chicken bowl (WOW) and a pizza (WOW again) They have some specialty cocktails there that I’ve never even heard of that were truly incredible. We both can’t wait to go back. We recommend this place highly!!!!

My wife and I went for her 40th birthday. It was a great experience. Being her birthday I wanted her to feel special and they delivered. The service was awesome and the food was even better. They have some of best tropical drinks that were really good . We ourselves can’t wait to go back. The next day we took our kids to have milkshakes. We recommend this place highly!!!

I recently celebrated my 40th birthday at Carousel. It was so much fun ud83eudd29 the food and drinks were amazing, fair prices, and the staff was super friendly! I feel like everyone who assisted us acknowledged my birthday, including the bottle service girls! I highly recommend this place! The following day we took our daughters in for dinner and desserts and they can not wait to return! It is fun and family friendly during the day, great hangout for the adults at night! Justin was also fantastic, very professional and took care of making our whole party feel special!

Very disappointed in the customer service and communication of this place. It was Friday night around 7pm and I walked up to the host where a man (who looked like a manger) greeted me and said “hi how are you”. I could tell he was busy and didn’t really want to give me the time of day. I said “hi I’m doing good, how are you?” He responded with “so right now we have a 30 minute wait but there might be an open seat at the bar”. I was shocked. He didn’t even ask me if I wanted to put my name down or how many people were in my party. So then I asked him if he could put us down on the waitlist. He asked for my phone number and name and said they would call/text (can’t remember which one) when our table was ready. I was thinking okay cool 30 minutes is not to bad of a wait for a Friday night... 30 minutes go by - no call no text. 45 minutes go by - no call no text. 1 hour goes by - no call no text. Really. By the 45 minute mark we decided to go to the State 48 Brewery Funk House which has bowling, pool tables and shuffle board. They sat our party of 6 people right away and there was no wait to bowl or play pool. We stayed at State 48 until 12:30am and I still never received a call back from the Carousel Arcade Bar. Disappointing. Personally, seems like they didn’t have a handle on what was going on. Would like to give this place another chance but not if the customer service I received at the door continues throughout the visit.
