The place lacks customer service from its associates. I came in expecting some assistance, all they do is look at you from a distance and go the other way if you try and approach them. I was planning on purchasing 3 jackets but as soon as I spoke with an Christian, I left the store. I recommend anyone to go to Traverse Moutain for all their outlet shopping.
