Very unprofessional loan officers, they would rather talk with co workers and walk around then help a member when they walk in. I would suggest going to the gwcu on orchard dr. In bountiful. They are way more helpful.

Everything was so easy and helped me lower my payments.

Slow. Very slow. Sat at drive through for 5 mins before anyone came to the window. Been here now for 25 and teller has not returned and all I’m doing is depositing two checks. So frustrated wasted my lunch sitting here.
