This will be in regard to the drive through. Holy cow, this is the slowest drive through on earth. If it weren’t by far the most convenient option I’d never use this place. Terribly slow. Nice people though, they just need to hustle a little. Also, I don’t go during peak hours so the lines never have cars stacked up...

Debbie made starting up a new account feel like a breeze. She is super fast and so fun to work with. She made sure that she went through all of the details and answered our questions thoroughly and made sure we understood. Awesome customer service!! Thank you Debbie!!

OMG !! Loan officer Michelle asked us to wait untill she was done with an elderly couple .I was able to notice they were having a frustrating experience so after she was done we came up to her with some questions about our outo loan and she was so rude from the start that we decided to leave , I guess it was because of the prior experience but that is not professional or acceptable. What a rude lady and disappointed experience .

They're fast, friendly and polite. Best financial institution I've ever used. Easy to work with, too.

Kent was so great! His customer service was top notch in getting us a new card, and helping with foreign currency exchange. He was super great and friendly!
