I went a few years ago to get new shoes and I haven't shopped at another store since, their customer service is absolutely amazing and they actually make you feel human. After a few visits they get to know you and they become really personable. I've absolutely fallen in love with their shoes and inserts they've helped me get through a lot of foot pain really easily, and they're really good at finding what you need even if it takes a few tries! Easily a five star store and if you're looking for some shoes that you'll be walking around in all day,or if your feet problems because you don't walk around all day and need a good shoe to help with that... This is definitely the place!✨❤ufe0f❤ufe0f✨

This place is CLOSED!!!!! Google says they’re open and available to the public. Literally there isn’t anything in there! No furniture, shoes, or people! PLEASE post something on google or online so people such as myself don’t waste an hour of their time ud83dude43

I just don't have the patience for this store. I order online when I can. The shoes are great and the employees are accommodating but expect to wait a long time if there is anyone before you. I go early. Maybe it's better later in the day.

Doug was an excellent gentlemen and knowledgeable and Fun salesman! Good shoes and arch supports, too.

A chain that's hit a miss. The Medows Mall location has good workers but small selection. Even smaller for women with EU43 or so feet. Just don't give this company your email unless you love spam mail.
