The Food was good, the place was clean, and the wait staff was very pleasant.nThe wait staff was also completely incompetent and failed miserably in all three orders my party of 3 ordered.nnOne mistake? OK. I get it.nBut THREE OUT OF THREE?! Man, you have to really work to accomplish that.nnOrder #1 was asked to exclude something and add something else.nOrder arrived buried in the excluded request and minus the add request. This item went home in a box for someone at home.nnOrder #2 was delivered as one number off the menu, minus one of the components. This order was not discovered to be minus that item until the meal was started after it was delivered.nnOrder #3 instead of being a boneless item, was the bone-in item, was not properly cooked and was sent back (removed from bill at our request)nnStrike 3, Bully’s. You’re OUT.nnStrenuously recommend readers seek another location to spend your money at.

Favorite bar in reno. Dads favorite wings before he passed. They make you feel like family. Great wings and beer

I gave them 3 ud83cudf1f because the food was great and should have 5 stars, however the service was abysmal and should only get a 1/2 star at the best. We waited 5 minutes after we sat down before the bartender figured out the wait staff was not on the floor and came over with menus and took or drink order, she came back about 2 minutes later with or drinks and took our order. After that the service went out the window, we had to wait to get our food 10+ minutes after people that had ordered after us got theirs, had to wait 5-10 minutes to get the check after the bus staff had cleared the plates and 5-10 minutes later I went up to the bar to pay the bill.
