Spent two days snowboarding on a Tuesday and Wednesday in February and had an incredible time. Only waited in a lift line three times and they weren’t very long. Talking to some locals it sounds like it just doesn’t get super busy here, most likely because it’s much harder to get to than the other big resorts.nTraveled with my pregnant wife and she was still able to ride the free gondola to the top & to the mountain village. Even had a picnic lunch up on the mountain together. All the staff we talked to were super nice and helpful. One pointed out the “Coors Mountain” that you can see at the gondola turn/restaurant which we wouldn’t have known about.nAll the heated outdoor public dining/sitting areas in Mountain Village were awesome! We rode the gondola and got coffee & breakfast two morning and then hung out in one of their heated gondolas down in the village.nI did appreciate how they took common sense pandemic precautions. Masks required and distancing where it’s needed. We felt safe the entire time and it didn’t stop us from doing anything we wanted to.nWill definitely be back!

We had set up a package Ski school session yesterday. The package included the rental of equipment, Ski instructions morning session and all day lift tickets. I have never been skiing before. Everyone from the ski school to the ski rental shop to instructor was amazing. We had John Janus as our instructor. He was great. Walked us through everything and since my stepfather has been skiing before. He was able to help us both with our different levels. He made sure that I was never fearful. And I never was. Had the best time. Will be coming back for more lessons and to ski. Great place.

Telluride is a wonderful expensive resort‼ufe0fud83eudd0eMy son and I ski here a few times a year and we love it. Spa at the Madeline and breakfast at the Telluride hotel is the best? Lots of shopping and recreational highs. Great place for families and couples. It's a recreational state so don't be all offended of and when you smell pot. I mean, for real.
