Last Dollar Saloon

Absolutely terrible service. I don't know what's wrong with the employees there but they all had issues from the start. Whoever owns this place would benefit from getting a completely new staff that respects the customers. My group got kicked out because the bartenders were too dense to realize that we left a cash tip. They freaked out and even got physical because they thought we stiffed them. I'm looking at my credit card statement now and it looks like they actually added a tip to my card without my consent. When your employees are basically stealing money from customers it's time to let them go.

They got the last dollar I'll ever spend there. I understand you are tired of covid restrictions, we all are. However, you as the owner have a choice on how you treat your patrons. You appear to have taken our patronage as offensive.

Covid has changed a lot of things, but it should never be an excuse to be awful towards other people. We attempted to stop in and have a drink. As soon as we walked in, the girl at the bar started screaming at us saying that we couldn't come in and asking why we couldn't follow directions on some sign at the front door. A sign that was turned around and not visible upon entry. We apologized for not seeing it and then she proceeded to tell us how she wouldn't serve us despite having plenty of seating available. I have never seen anything like this at a restaurant or bar. Terribly rude and absolutely uncalled for. I'd never support a bar that allows their employees to berate customers for for simply walking in and hoping to have a nice night.

Waitress was nothing short of rude tonight. Pointed to the sign that said “please wait to be seated” as we were standing there waiting to be seated. And states “did you not read the sign”. Would not recommend.

i'll return friends next time. prices were appropriate. makes me feel like i am back in sacramento.
