The Eureka CA, store is the best store I have EVERE been into. All the employees are great people really nice to talk to. And full of knowledgenabout your pet. And about the products.

10 limit in store sign is posted clearly, and it is adhered to.nSanitizer station is a bit to far, just out of direct line of sight. So I had to stop and look for it before entering.nHelpful, quick locating supplies but to long of a wait to check out. I think there are more tills in the store, so more should he open. Not in front, but in fish area check out should be utilized. I waited up to the 15 minute mark. That made me uncomfortable. Because 10 people in line( I consider that to be an are where out exhalations will concentrate, thereby, increasing chances of community transmission) for 15 minutes is uncomfortable to me.

I have an old dog and they do a great job dealing with her and getting her hair to look lovely

They where awesome polite and loved my kitty picture when I showed them. They where helpful on where to locate the items I wanted. One item was out of stock but how fast you guys stock up i am sure it will be back in in no time. :) Thank you guys for everything you do for our loved pets.

I am suuuuper excited to take my sweet puppy dog to their grooming studio tomorrow, where he will recieve a nail trimming and a bath... uncertain as to how he will do with the gland thingy ??? But he seemed most excited while we were arranging the appointment. He is such a good boy, and if the staffing is anything at all like the very kind individual that helped us with the scheduling, they will get along famously. They have an amazing selection of goodies for all kinds of critters there, the staffing is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as to caring for our beloved creatures with four or ten legs if you count the pedipalps :-) take care friends
