Coach Grill

An excellent meal and wonderful experience at Coach Grill. Their covid safety measures made us feel safe so that we could relax and enjoy a fun evening out. The best steak in the Boston suburbs (and great drinks and desserts, too). Highly recommend!

This spot clearly knows how to take care of their clients. Regularly with a welcoming approach. The food is conveniently priced, regularly tasty and clean.

It seems like a fine establishment but I had an unfortunate experience in this place when tried to pick up food for customer, who placed order through one of the meal delivery services. I was told by receptionist to go to the back of the building and pick up food there. After walking around the building and passing poorly lit parking lot I did not notice any signage or the shelf/table where food could be picked up. I went inside through different door and inquired again about package for customer and was told again to go to the back of the building. While wondering outside not knowing what to do, the door near dumpster opened and angry man handed me the bag with the food and waved his hand at saying go away. After I responded that I'm not a dog, please don't wave your hand at me I was just confused about pick up location, he angerly responded that pick up location is clearly marked and I shouldn't had to go to the kitchen 4 times. However, I entered building only twice because I was disoriented and couldn't see pick up location sign at night. Although I passed by this place many times, I had no idea where the food needs to be picked up. I have been delivering food some evening since 2018 and every food establishment has a clear signage directing you to pick up location especially now in the time of pandemic when many folks order food online. After getting my order and heading back to the car that man who identified himself as a general manager Mark, he yelled go-on, your customer is waiting! I replied that it's not a my customer it's our customer, who is waiting. After these worlds he became even more irritated and even threatened to call the police. I had to go indeed because their service was very slow and heated word-exchange on parking lot will not make food any warmer. But I do strongly believe that general manager needs a refresher about how to behave in service industry and perhaps an anger management course. He creates a very bad image for what appears to be a nice restaurant that I visited with my family couple of times, however I will never go back there again.
