Friendly staff and no wait!
I had two bags of cat food I had previously purchased. I asked if I could exchange them without a receipt for the same brand but, different flavor/mixture. We had purchased the wrong stuff and my cats were NOT having it! So, I asked to exchange it. They happily accepted it. I ended up leaving that day with even more food & accessories than the value of my original purchase. Helpful & considerate staff.
We had excellent service this evening by the gentleman in the tidedye mask. He was so helpful and patient as my kids got fish tanks and fish. Thank you for restoring my hope in costumer service.

This is a good store however lacks some of the doggie treats found in bigger stores.
