I enjoy this Petco. Employees seem to enjoy their jobs. Knowledgeable and fun to talk to. Place is neat and pretty easy to find things. Sometimes not, purely because of the sheer volume of different brands and selection. Which isn't a bad thing. The fish cuts I get for my cat seem to always be on sale. Can't complain about that.
Excellent Petco store ever been to. My daughters both purchased chameleons here and the very knowledgeable associate named Katie explained and answered all their questions and concerns. She is very professional and experienced at what she does and not too many associates have the customer service skills and courteousness as Katie's does. She should get an employee of the month award or raise for her great expertise and superb customer service skills.
Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. We take our dogs here for grooming and the stylists treat them as their own, which means spoiled with affection and treats!!! We purchased a salt water aquarium a few years ago. We talk to the staff about what fish we have and they know which fish would be a great addition to the tank and take the time to explain why others would not.
Good luck getting any service in the aquatic department at all anymore. They used to be great, but now avoid people that very obviously are trying to buy fish. If you want freshwater go to Colonial, if you want saltwater, drive to Appleton or Milwaukee.
Tonka loves coming along to shop and all the attention he gets. He knows where to go for his food healthy heart... and loves looking for new toys and treats and the workers are friendly and knowledgeable ud83cudf1f♥ufe0f
